1st Six Weeks Goal Reachers
Check out our goal reachers in grades 2-5, for the first six weeks. Here at Pettus Elementary, we love to read! It's not about earning massive amounts of points for us--it's about LOVING the books! We start out being read to in Kindergarten, and by the time we're in fifth grade, most of us are not only kids who can read WELL, we're young adults who are WELL READ! We have favorite authors and genres, and are ready to enter Jr. High. We can't wait to get our hands on all the great books Mrs. Schauer has up there!
Check out how our teachers cultivate and nurture our love of reading by clicking on the following link: The Road to Reading. Enjoy the video!
